What I Ate Wednesday #3

Hello my frans!

Happy hump day! I hope your week is swell.

I changed up my meal prep this week my lunches have been the bomb dot com. Is there anything better than fajitas? No, there is not.

Anywhoozen, here’s yesterday’s eats…


Breakfast was the usual routine of warm lemon water, vitamins, coffee, and then food. My eats consisted of a locally made wheat sesame bagel with vegan cream cheese and Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning mix. Strawberries and bloobs were on the side and it was a delicious start to the day.


My snacks included roasted chickpeas (duh!) and some mango pieces. Yum yum yum! Also, I apparently failed to take a decent picture of my veggie fajitas (no surprise…) but trust me- they were spicy and tasty.


Dinner was about a billion servings of the vegan shepherd’s pie I made Monday night. Tonight’s nightcap is a cup of peppermint tea.
